2. Services Provided
Key 2 Locksmith provides mobile locksmith services for residential, commercial, and automotive needs. Our services include, but are not limited to, lockout assistance, lock rekeying, lock installation and repairs, key duplication, and smart lock setup.
3. Emergency Response Time
For emergency service requests, our goal is to arrive at your location within 15 to 30 minutes of your confirmed service call. Arrival times may vary based on traffic, weather, and service demand, but we strive to maintain fast, reliable response times for all customers.
4. Pricing and Payment
All services will be quoted before work begins. Pricing may vary depending on the type of service, location, time of day, and complexity. Payment is due upon completion of service, and we accept cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
5. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may incur a minimum service fee.
6. Warranty
We guarantee the workmanship of our locksmith services for 90 days from the service date. Hardware installed may also be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, force, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Key 2 Locksmith is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized repairs, pre-existing hardware issues, or circumstances outside of our control. Our responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the service provided.

9. Changes to Terms
